Before you reach out

What size companies do you work with?

Typically 20 to 500 employees. Small enough to need help, large enough to have real IT complexity. We're not the right fit for solo practitioners or Fortune 500 enterprises.

Do you work outside the Bay Area?

Yes. We have offices in San Diego and Boulder, and provide remote support nationwide. If you need on-site support in regions where we don't have a team, we'll be upfront about that.

Is there a minimum contract length?

For managed services, typically 12 months. But we're flexible. Project work is scoped individually. We'd rather discuss what makes sense for your situation than force you into a template.

What if we already have an IT team?

We work alongside internal IT all the time. Sometimes we handle the infrastructure so your team can focus on business apps. Sometimes we're the escalation path when things get complex. Your team sets the pace, we fill the gaps.
