Microsoft done right.
Not just licensed.
M365 with security actually configured. Azure sized for your workload, not Microsoft's revenue. Active Directory that survives ransomware. We've been deploying Microsoft solutions since Windows NT—we know every quirk and gotcha.
The 72-hour rebuild
REvil ransomware hit a client with 7 offices nationwide. 760 users. Everything encrypted—including their on-premise backups. Domain controllers, file servers, everything. Dead.
We rebuilt Active Directory from scratch. Fresh forest, new domain controllers, all 760 workstations re-imaged remotely across the country. Data restored from AWS S3 backups (the attackers didn't find those).
72 hours from "we're down" to "we're operational." Zero ransom paid. Less than 4 hours of data loss. The architecture we rebuilt is more secure than what they had before—proper segmentation, modern endpoint protection, immutable backups.

The point: When attackers destroy your Active Directory, you need someone who can rebuild it under pressure. We've done it. Most IT shops haven't. That experience matters when everything is on fire.
Microsoft expertise across the stack
Microsoft 365
Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive—deployed properly with security configured. Not just licensed, actually set up right.
Azure Cloud
VMs, storage, backup, and hybrid connectivity. We right-size resources so you're not burning money on oversized instances.
Windows Server
File servers, domain controllers, application hosting. Proper patching, monitoring, and documentation from day one.
Active Directory
On-premise AD, Azure AD, hybrid identity. The foundation everything else depends on—we build it to last.
Security & Compliance
Defender, Conditional Access, DLP, Intune. Microsoft has the tools—we make sure they're actually turned on and tuned.
Migration Services
On-prem to cloud, Google to M365, legacy Exchange to modern. Tested cutover plans, not crossed fingers.
M365 security is off by default
Microsoft includes powerful security tools with M365 Business Premium and E3/E5. Problem is, most of them ship disabled. We see it constantly: organizations paying for security features they're not using.
Conditional Access
Block logins from suspicious locations, require MFA for sensitive apps, enforce compliant devices. Usually disabled.
Defender for Office 365
Safe Links, Safe Attachments, anti-phishing policies. Included in Business Premium—rarely configured properly.
Data Loss Prevention
Stop sensitive data from leaving via email or Teams. Credit card numbers, SSNs, health records—detected and blocked.
We configure all of this as part of any M365 deployment. If you already have M365, we'll audit your security settings—usually takes an hour and often reveals significant gaps.
Microsoft experience since NT 4.0
Before you reach out
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
M365 if you need deep Office integration, complex compliance requirements, or heavy Excel/SharePoint use. Google if you're simpler, more browser-based, and want straightforward collaboration. We deploy both. We'll recommend what fits.
Should we move to Azure or stay on-premise?
Depends on your workloads, compliance requirements, and growth plans. Hybrid often makes the most sense—some things in Azure, some local. We'll model costs for both before recommending anything.
Can you help with Microsoft 365 security settings?
Yes. M365 ships with most security features disabled. We configure Conditional Access, MFA, data loss prevention, and Advanced Threat Protection. Most clients have 50% of their security features turned off—we fix that.
What about Microsoft licensing?
Licensing is intentionally confusing. We audit what you have, what you're actually using, and what you need. Often we find you're over-licensed on some things, missing features on others.
Can you migrate us from on-premise Exchange?
Yes. Exchange to M365 migrations are routine for us. We handle cutover or staged migration depending on your size. Mailboxes, public folders, distribution lists—all of it.
Do you handle Active Directory?
AD is our bread and butter. Design, deployment, GPO management, Azure AD Connect, hybrid identity. We've rebuilt AD from scratch after ransomware (see our war story). We know it inside out.
