Virtualization done right.
No guesswork.
vSphere deployments, vSAN configurations, and migrations handled by engineers who've been doing this for 20+ years. We've built VMware environments from 3-host clusters to enterprise data centers—and we've recovered the ones others broke.
The midnight switch run
A client's vSAN cluster needed emergency expansion. Their vendor quoted 48 hours for the storage migration. The business couldn't afford two days of degraded performance during quarter-end processing.
We started at midnight on a Friday. By 4 AM, the new nodes were racked, cabled, and fully integrated into the vSAN cluster. Workloads rebalanced automatically while we monitored. Zero downtime. Zero data loss.
When the vendor showed up Monday morning with their 48-hour plan, we handed them a completed work order and a fresh pot of coffee.

The point: VMware isn't complicated if you've done it hundreds of times. We have. When timelines matter, experience matters more.
VMware expertise across the stack
vSphere Deployment
ESXi hosts, vCenter management, proper networking. Built right the first time with documentation you can actually use.
vSAN Configuration
Hyper-converged storage done right. Proper disk groups, fault domains, and policies. No surprise failures.
VMware Migration
Physical-to-virtual, V2V, or full platform migrations. Tested cutover plans, rollback options, minimal downtime.
High Availability
vSphere HA, DRS, and proper resource management. VMs restart automatically on surviving hosts. Business continuity built in.
Backup & DR
VMware-aware backups with Veeam or Datto. Replicate to DR site or cloud. Tested recovery, not hopeful assumptions.
Performance Tuning
Identify bottlenecks, right-size VMs, optimize storage. Get more from existing hardware before buying new.
The Broadcom question
VMware's acquisition changed the licensing landscape. Some clients are seeing cost increases. Some are evaluating alternatives. Here's what we're telling people:
Get a real cost assessment
Before panicking, let us model your actual renewal cost. Some clients are fine. Some need to restructure. Don't make decisions on rumors.
Evaluate alternatives honestly
Hyper-V, Proxmox, Nutanix—all have tradeoffs. We'll give you an honest comparison for your workload, not a vendor pitch.
Migration isn't always the answer
Moving off VMware has its own costs—labor, testing, risk. Sometimes staying and optimizing makes more sense. We'll help you do the math.
VMware experience that shows
Before you reach out
Should we stay on VMware or move to Hyper-V?
Depends on your environment and budget. VMware is still the gold standard for complex virtualization. Hyper-V works fine for simpler setups and comes with Windows Server licensing. We'll give you an honest assessment, not a vendor push.
What about VMware's Broadcom acquisition?
Licensing changes are real. We're helping clients evaluate their options—some are staying, some are migrating. We'll model the cost impact for your specific environment before recommending anything.
Can you migrate us from physical servers to VMware?
Yes. P2V (physical-to-virtual) migrations are routine for us. We handle the conversion, testing, and cutover with minimal downtime. Most servers migrate in a maintenance window.
What's vSAN and do we need it?
vSAN pools local storage from your hosts into shared storage—no separate SAN required. Good for smaller environments or branch offices. Not always the right fit. We'll spec what makes sense for your workload.
How do VMware backups work?
VMware-aware backup (Veeam, Datto, etc.) snapshots VMs without impacting performance. We configure proper retention, test restores quarterly, and replicate offsite. Backup isn't optional.
Can you help with VMware licensing?
Yes. Licensing is confusing by design. We'll audit what you have, what you need, and help you avoid over-buying. Especially important now with Broadcom's changes.
